Dr. Liu first and foremost cares about his patients as if they were his parent, sibling or child! He takes the time to make sure you understand the situation and the plan to deal with it. His knowledge of this disease is astounding and his skills in the OR are top notch. He’s operated on me 3 times over the past 8 years and wouldn’t let anyone else touch my NET’s. Added to his top quality is his team around him! They are second to none and always helpful with whatever it is you need!

So thankful God open the doors for me to see Dr. Liu!! He is the most compassionate, caring, empathetic doctor.. He is a specialist in NETs and wants nothing more but to make sure all his patients have to highest quality of care and life… I highly recommend him as a NETs specialist and surgeon.. I live in Liberty SC and flew to Denver CO to have surgery with him.. If you have a Carcinoid tumor, Dr Liu is the one you want to do the surgery if that is what is required. My experience with him before, during and at follow up have been excellent. Dr Liu is a straight shooter, he will tell you the truth, no matter what that is. You will have the information you need to make an informed decision. My life was on the line and he performed seven hours of surgery. Would I rely on him again- absolutely!

I recently needed surgery for NETS. Dr. Eric Liu performed a complex surgery and he saved my life. Trust is huge when I’m in need of a surgical procedure.
