Dr Bonenberger is great, he's a 5 star doc. The front office there, not so much. There's a rather cranky person at the front desk and the scheduler is almost impossible to get a hold of. I was told I'm cleared for surgery and have called her 6 times over the last week, and she either doesn't return the calls or doesn't call the number that I asked her to call. Dr. Bonenberger is awesome. From the initial consultation to post surgery follow-up Dr. Bonenberger was exactly what I needed. He provided professional and concise answers to each of my questions and concerns. IMO the he is the highest rating knee surgeon for a reason…exceptional surgical skills and straightforward approach to ensuring that I received the best care possible.
1 year out from knee replacement surgery by Dr. Bonenberger and I still have pain very similar to what it was like before the surgery. During my recent visit, he seemed baffled and suggested I have a blood test to rule out an infection. Very disappointing.
My knee surgery could not have gone any better amazing results and finally back on track . Walking, riding bikes and working out have come back into reality since my knee replacement! 100% recommend Dr. Bonenberger and his team !! Thx again for your help !
From check in to check out the friendly greeting and efficacy was outstanding. The care, surgery and follow ups were awesome, informative and Dr. Bonenberger was friendly and took his time to explain and answer questions. I would highly recommend this physician and practice to anyone with any issues that needs his and their expertise.
I visited him with my MRI and result,still they took my X-ray, without telling me that it will be extra, he didn’t check my ROM, and suggested injection, after two weeks I received $113.00 bill , and I am still in a pain.
Seen on time,l. Staff I encountered were all very polite. Dr. Bonenberger was very professional, approachable and to the point which is my style. Treatment plan determined.
Dr Bonenberger replaced both hips and my left knee. Being a retired nurse who worked with doctors my whole career, I love his honesty, knowledge and he put me at ease immediately. I think he's the best.
Pose 2 days knee replacement and doing well. Coordination of all services was exceptional!
