Scheduled an appointment to get color and when I showed up for my appointment at 10 am the stylist said that she didn't have time to color my hair. I will never go back. Very unprofessional.

Went in on Thursday to get my daughters hair done for a wedding and they fried her hair. Saw a master stylist and paid 350.00 for the worst cut and dye ever. Am very disappointed. The staff were nice but I expected so much more. This is the derby salon
