I was sent home with my hair half cut because the stylist who I assume was in training couldn't figure out how to do her job. I have never had such an awful experience. if you are going to have people training at least have someone who can help them. if karena isn't in training then she should definitely be reprimanded for sending a client out without finishing her job.
