DR. Deal repaired my back with a super job at surgery lasting about 5 hours. I was amazed by his endurance and how skilled he was going the procedure. I had suffered for over a decade with back issues and was always told by other doctors that it was not bad enough "even with MRI's to review" and to quite complaining. DR. Deal after an MRI Said you need the surgery and as a result I am now completely pain free and it is wonderful.
I suffered extreme pain in my lower back and down my right leg from a herniated disc at L4-L5. Dr. Deal performed a micro-discectomy to remove the disc protrusion that was irritating my nerves. Surgery resulted in immediate relief of my pain. I could not be more pleased with the work of Dr. Deal and his excellent support team.
Dr. Deal is my hero. I suffered from a herniated L4/L5 disc which resulted in extreme lower back and left sciatic pain for nearly a year before working my way through the proper insurance channels to receive a discectomy. It was a very long road I traveled in seeing multiple doctors, x-rays, an MRI, ten weeks of physical therapy, an epidural injection, and pain medication. After meeting with Dr. Deal he said that a discectomy was the best course of action, and the procedure was scheduled. Th
Dr. Deal gave me my life back 2 times now. After 2 herniated discs I was in the worst pain of my life. Not being able to sit, sleep, or hardly being able to sit to drive and only being 34 years old was the worst thing ever. After 2 surgeries with Dr. Deal I am pain free again and I am going to be very careful to not hurt myself again. Worst case it happens I would highly recommend him because he truly cares about making you feel better and is a great doctor.
Doctor Deal is the best Doctor/Surgeon I have ever had. I had 2 surgery's prior to going to Doctor Deal that did not as successful as his. I have never been happier that I choose him. I would recommend him to anyone. He's the best!
If there could only be one doctor to service the world, this should be the one! Everyone, including myself, that received care from Dr.Eric Deal, had fantastic LASTING results. If you follow the after care, your long term results will be great! He was always obtainable when I had questions or concerns. He made me feel like no question was to small or to stupid. He totally validated every question I had. He did personal follow up phone calls. He skills are solid, his personality is a bonus
"dr" Eric deal is a joke!!! After 15 minutes with him as an "ime" he decided that my accident at work had nothing to do with my work. My insurance company cut off my benefits and now I can barely walk, let alone do my job. 3 surgeons told me that I need a fusion due to a work related injury. This idiot says it’s not work related. Never even fully examined me or loooked at previous mri’s. How can they allow this man to be anyone who decides the fate of another persons life?

From initial diagnosis to surgical implantation of prosthetic cervical disc and aftercare, Dr. Deal and his staff (clinical, surgical, PT) are first-class professionals. All aspects of care (procedure options, procedure and follow-up care) were clearly and thoroughly addressed and delivered. I could not have hoped for a better outcome or a better experience. I have the highest recommendation for Dr. Deal and the entire staff of TCO in Burnsville!
Dr Deal performed a spinal fusion of my L4-L5 this past August. I cannot compliment Dr Deal, his PA, Jason, and entire staff enough. From initial attempts to alleviate my pain without surgery, to discussion of options, the decision to have the surgery and post operative care, he and his staff were very attentive and thorough in giving me all the information I needed for successful surgery and recovery. 7 months after surgery I am pain free and back to all regular activities. Highly recommend!
