Dr. Potts and his entire staff are awesome!!!!! I am new to the Indy area and did not know who I should go to for my spinal surgery. A friend from another state who had the same surgery the year before asked his physician for recommendations for the Indy area. He recommended Dr. Potts and I am so glad he did. Upon reading John T’s review I must speak! John (oh, by the way, name is John as well) must live in the perfect world. If any professional were late for an appointment, perhaps they gave of their time to a previous patient in order to be professional. I had fusion surgery in 2010. Dr. Potts was very professional from the inception of our patient/doctor relationship to the day I WALKED out of the hospital. In fact, I could have joined. I recently to a bad fall and if need new, Dr. Potts is my man

This wonderful doctor and his staff literally gave me my life back. I was first diagnosed with spondylolisthesis at age 20 and 46 years later decided to consult with him about what could be done to help. I had a bad limp, sciatica, constant pain, bursitis in my hip from the limp, etc. Walking had become difficult and only accomplished with the aid of pain killers. He operated and corrected my spine including some fusions. I am pain free, first time in over 40 years. Eternally grateful.

Dr. Potts and his staff are fantastic. I had surgery but before he would do the surgery he wanted me to quit smoking which would give me a better outcome with healing. I quit smoking and am so glad I did! Not only was he taking care of my cervical spine but he was concerned about my overall health. I loved his approach and his sense of humor; he puts you at ease and spent plenty of time giving me choices and explaining what he would do in surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Potts.

I had been diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis. I had discussed my situation with 2 other surgeons in Florida and I had developed a state of confusion and disappointment. After talking with Dr Potts I regained my confidence and hope. He performed the complex procedure on 6/2/2016 by correcting the very severe stenosis in two areas of the lower back L3-L4 & L4-L5 with only one 2 cut. I had my 30 day F/U Appt. today and everything is great. Without any exaggeration, he is a Supper Doctor.

Would never recommend this doctor to anyone!!!!!!Went for a second opinion very dissatisfied with Dr Eric Potts!!!!!! Went to this doctor for a second opinion regarding my spinal cord .Appointment at 11:30 had to arrive 30 minutes before appoint time ,he never came in the room until 12:25 , did not apologize for being late and walked in with an attitude this was the first time that I met this person who calls himself a doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
