Dr. Potts is a skilled and knowledgeable neurosurgeon. I am satisfied with his work. He is great and my Hero!!
Dr. Potts has been amazing. Had my 2nd spine surgery 1 month ago and his care, knowledge, and treatment has been life changing. I trust him completely and would without a doubt recommend him to anyone.

From the time I first walked into his office 6 weeks ago everyone treated me with care and respect. During surgery and after the care I received 24/7 was top of the line. I tell everyone about how wonderful they are.
He was easy to talk too and explained things well and was very understanding because l got lost and was late for my appt!
Dr. Potts is knowledgeable and professional. I felt comfortable asking him questions and he explained his answers well.
Dr. Potts was very professional and friendly. Those who perform surgeries have a stereotype that they will simply "cut" for the sake of cutting. That is, they will simply perform surgery for a bigger paycheck. Dr. Potts didn't fit this stereotype. He informed me that I did not need to have surgery at this time and should take other measures first. He placed his focus on proper care for ME. Not only do I I highly recommend him, but I wish more doctors would take this same approach.
I suffered from severe central spinal stenosis. Dr. Pots was very friendly, respectful and sympathetic. He did a great job explaining my problem while using a model so I fully understood what was going on. He fully explained the surgery and recovery which made me feel comfortable. His nurse gave me her telephone number if I had any further questions. I found the whole experience comforting.
Everyone friendly in office and efficient! Nurse practitioner, Erin and Dr Potts competent and knowledgeable and answered all questions to my satisfaction!!
