Dr. Monesmith did a great job on the full replacement of my left knee. He was recommend to me by my sister who he had done a full knee replacement for in her early 50's. She spoke very highly of him. As young as I am, I had a number of questions about the longevity of the replacement. He answered all my questions and was very helpful with tips on how to stay active to maintain the integrity of the replacement. I always felt I was in good hands. I would recommend him to everyone.

I would not recommend anyone seeing this doctor if your seeking pain management. He would not help me what so ever. I drove three hours to see him. He doesn’t care about anyone, and just brushed me aside. He told me there was nothing he could do to help me with my chronic pain. Even though he could. He is a heartless person. I am not the kind of person to leave a review on someone, he was just that much of a disappointment. I don’t understand how they even call themselves doctors if they are not going to help people. Dr Bales, is the best he explained everything to me in a respectful matter, he took the time to listen and really let me know, everything was going to be great. I appreciate him to the fullest. I would recommend everyone to him. He is a Well dressed and very handsome.Dr bales is the greatest they don't make doctor like him no more. He really love his job. Thank you for all you did for me.

From my first visit to my last visit Dr Monesmith and all the staff at Orth Indy made my at home and assured me that my hip surgery would go just fine. After surgery all my pain was gone and during recovery there wasn't any pain. i feel like a new man and feels like i got my youth back. I can not think them enough for getting me back to normal and my life is 100 % better. They are the best.

Monesmith was not helpful. He was in a hurry; didn't take time to listen carefully or answer my questions. His behavior was arrogant and condescending. I would not recommend him, particularly for older patients.

Dr. Monesmith replaced my knee in September 2019. Everything went well but 6 months later I fell and ruptured my patellar tendon in the same knee. Fortunately, Dr. Monesmith was able to put my knee back together and today I am able to walk and walk without pain. I am very grateful for the work he and his staff performed. I was fully informed (or my wife while I was unable to discuss things immediately after surgery) by Dr. Monesmith. I fully recommend him as a surgeon to repair your knees.
