still to this day i cringe and the site of listings from Randee T. or her team! Not only did we NEVER meet her in person, when we went to move in, the house hadnt even been cleaned(urine all over toilet seats, mold, bugs, cupboards and stove hadnt been cleaned.) and the Guest toiled didnt even work! There was also a garage door opener she said the previous tenant was going to be mailing back 3 months and numerous calls later; we bought a new one. We purchased a home via internet that Randee Taylor was the listing agent. After we moved in we discovered Toxic Mold issues due to roof leaks. This agent had received the report a previous purchasers paid for and who were subsequently denied a loan from their lending institution. After approaching Ms. Taylor and her broker with the information we have received no satisfaction and are now pursuing this problem legally. I would not recommend this agent or her brokerage to future purchasers in the st. George, Utah area.
