I had the pleasure of working with David Lightfritz and Gregory Kurzner for a few years and they are two of the most professional people in real estate. They both were attentive, quick to respond and had excellent follow-through. I would highly recommend their services to any person looking to work with great supervision as an agent or anyone looking to buy or sell property. Working with them was a highlight in my real estate career.
This company doesn't give a damn about the property they manager for home owners nor the neighbors living around the home. The company is corrupt and you can tell by the people they hire to work for them. You will lose so much money allowing them to manage your property because they don't perform "spot checks" to survey the condition of the property. They don't evict renters who refuse to pay rent. How do I contact the owner or owners of ERA Atlantic Realty? Don't bother giving me the company's phone number because it's a waste of time. I have called that number and left 8 messages over the past week and no one has returned my call. This company is dishonest and unscrupulous. I am floored with the type of people you hire to represent your company.
