I cannot say enough about this facility! The level of care truly exceeded my expectations. Care was prompt, I felt like I was listened too instead of being talked at. Their hours are convenient for my crazy schedule. My family and I will not go anywhere else from now on!
I visited this clinic while on vacation and had a very pleasant experience. Staff was very professional, friendly, and caring. The facility was extremely nice and very clean. Minimal wait time and very efficient. I highly recommend this facility.
UPDATE: Please save yourself the energy and time and do not go here if you have Humana. They say they are in network and they are NOT! We are now stuck with a 3k+ bill!
WOW - What a great experience. (other than waiting in the room a few minutes longer than one likes - but that usually is to be expected). The staff was friendly and informative on what I could expect during the visit. Dr. Chad Davis was great & I felt immediately that he had my sons best interest at heart. Not just trying to ring up another charge. This will be my go to urgent care type place.
I called er specialists today because i have seizures and my pc refused to help me. When i called i asked the receptionist if the doctors there would write me a referral to see some epilepsy specialists in denver. Next thing i know Dr. Chad Davis is on the phone with me!! Unbelievable, hes taking time with me over the phone i started crying its been such a rough month he took the time with me and gave me a list of new primary doctors to see and i have an appt with one of them tomorrow morning. I will never go anywhere else for urgent care needs. The hours brought me here after I injured myself in the most hilarious and ridiculous of ways and needed stitches. The doc was amazing and the nurses sat and laughed with me as I told them exactly how I cut myself. Terrified of needles, I had no issues at all. The staff made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. I was impressed with the nurse who removed the sutures 10 days later as well. Just left...i would definitely recommend this place. Very impressed, fantastic service. Everyone (from the moment you walk in) very attentive, thorough and friendly. Nurse and Dr took time to gather info (did not feel rushed) and I felt heard. This is my new go to place for myself and my children.
