in the last week I found ER Specialists when I had been suffering with a persistent cough for a week. I went in on Thursday at 4 p.m. and was easily and quickly seen by the friendly staff. What do you notice first is it is a very beautiful building clean and easily accessible and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I was seen by the doctor who spent 30 minutes listening and discussing what my symptoms were and best course of treatment. My little girl and I were in a car accident last night we came this morning to be seen and the nurses took very good care of us. Thank you to all the nurses and Dr. Linda Sturtevant.
Great staff, very friendly. NO WAIT whatsoever to be seen. Followed up the next day. Hopefully you will not need an urgent care center but if you do this is the best around.
I have been here twice and both times I was treated quickly and with respect and empathy. I had to get both an x-ray and CT scan which typically takes hours to get results from in the ER but they had them in around 30 minutes and lab work was the same way. One of the nurses taking care of me, Mary, genuinely cared about me as a person not just a combination of symptoms which was made obvious by how she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to make me more comfortable. I developed pain in my left ear at dinnertime, which grew worse in the next couple of hours, and knowing I would be awakened with severe pain, I searched for an urgent care facility and found ER Specialists with a location close to my home. I cannot praise the staff at ER Specialists enough - from Dr. McGrath to Nurse Mary to Office Manager Brenda, all were professional, kind, courteous and cheerful. Last week Dr. Chad Davis and staff saved my daughter's life. After being sent away without being examined at a nearby hospital because she was "fine", she went here, they 100% believed her when she said she KNEW something was wrong, they did the testing and quickly found a Pulmonary Embolism. (Blood clot in her lung). Most of all, the kind, compassionate care was amazing!! Dr. Davis was able to calm both my daughter and me down. We can't thank them enough!
