I took my 11 year old son in on a Saturday afternoon. He was in tears because his ear hurt so bad. They were great! We didn’t have to wait, they were kind, and my favorite part was that we got his antibiotic right then and there, saved me a trip to the pharmacy.
My 1 year old had 102.8 fever, was in pain, miserable and vomiting. We got right in and they took such good care of us. They treated us like family. I highly recommend going here!
Visited for care for my husband for the first time last night and must say the experience was one of the best we've ever experienced at any urgent care center or ER. We went right in with no wait, the staff went out of their way to ensure we were both comfortable, they were very through with their care. The staff was very friendly and the facility is very clean and modern. This is definitely our new "go-to" for medical care.
Came in for my son. Immediately greeted with a smile and felt comfortable being there. All the staff was friendly and professional and made our trip less stressful. I would highly recommend this facility.
The most amazing ER! Had my little boy in for ear infection/pink eye. In and out in about half an hour. The staff is super nice, caring, and attentive. I wish I had a reason to go to them more often.
Well nobody loves visiting the doctor, especially on a Sunday evening! Having said that, I was so pleased with the efficiency, expertise & bedside manner of this facility! Truly an excellent experience from start to end! Showed us we could count on them & isn't that what you want when your kid is sick on a Sunday night! Definitely would return!
The other day I️ took my husband to ER Specialists at the request of his doctor. We checked in and almost as soon as we sat down, were called into a room. The staff were professional, worked in a timely manner and friendly. We were there for 3 1/2 hours as they did a very thorough job figuring out what was wrong. It was a great experience and we will use them again in the future if ever needed.
Went here a couple days after a car accident, they got me in quickly and were super helpful. The staff was empathetic and Julie is awesome! I originally went here because they were the only ones open past 9 but I would definitely go back!
We just had the best experience at ER Specialists this afternoon. Dr. Marmon took such great care of my son and treated us with great kindness. We hope we won't need to come back soon...but it is a great comfort to know they are just down the street. We highly recommend ER Specialists!
