My mom had knee replacement yesterday. I have to say the nurses and staff have been so nice and helpful. I know she has been taken good care of. I absolutely love her CNA Mary Anne . She was so helpful and funny. The physical therapy aides are so polite and encouraging. It's hard enough staying the night away from home but all the staff make you feel comfortable.
The care my wife and newborn have received is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I can't imagine a higher level of care.
It is a great hospital for tests and hospitalization all of staff from sign in to nurses and doctors just great
The restrooms were nasty and 1 had no lock. I asked for pain meds for 4 hrs before I got anything. The call button was no where near the bed. Nurse board in room hadn't been updated in 3 biz days. Nurses kept leaving my door open..should I continue???
I was admitted for a week due to Crohns complications. The nurses are the nicest people in the world. I felt loved, like family. They knew me and cared about me. I never felt like I was waiting around for help or getting lack of attention. I don't know how the nurses do it, but they are the best. And bonus, I love the food. And the food staff are super flexible. Always willing to send up anything I need. They call me every day and we set up meal plans for the day. It's wonderful. Thank you, St. Francis. All the nurses and staff have been great. And they saw me quickly, and went out of thier way to be thorough and kind. And without insurance.
I had a hysterectomy there yesterday. My experience was awesome-from check in to discharge. Everyone was kind and gentle-I'm a huge baby when it comes to any sort of procedure-and they were great with that. Nurses were attractive to my every need, anesthesiologist and his nurse were awesome too! Very good experience for me and they did a good job keeping my husband informed of my progress. Would recommend to anyone!
I will. Never come back here way to dirty an can't get any help worse I've ever been treated at any hospital totally filthy
