My wife and I were at the pearle center for breast health. They were great. Informed attentive staff, and a caring doctor.
Everyone was very knowledgeable caring beyond measure made a scary outcome bearable
The nurses were excellent before during and after the surgery. They even called the day after to check on me. Very pleased with them.
Totally impressed with the ER service. In 2013 my daughter went via ambulance twice to Greenville Memorial with breathing issues, only to be taken to the waiting room for SIX hours each time before being seen. Yesterday I took my mom to Eastside ER with breathing issues and she was being evaluated with 10 minutes of walking in. I will highly recommend Eastside to anyone who will listen! Great hospital with a very caring staff! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
Went to ER thinking I had kidney stone, but scan revealed infected appendix. They fit me in with Dr. Jacques, who did a terrific job of explaining exactly how he would proceed. The real stars, though, belong to the nurses who kept me comfortable and calm as I dealt with the pain while waiting for the procedure. They understood the various considerations I have such as hearing loss and the OR staff was reassuring and took great care of me.
