I got into a car accident and it made me very sore. I don't like the doctor I had seen for a different issue and before that I hadn't seen a doctor since my pediactric doctor. They did a couple x-rays and thankfully it was just stressed muscles. There was no wait time and the process was fast, but they also took the time to care. They're a great friendly staff and I would recommend this emergency room to anyone.
We could not have been treated better. We were given a time line of events to come and everything happened to the minute as told. Respectful, caring and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more.
They are doing a great job of taking care of my great niece and great great niece after my great great niece was born on June 5 2017
Great overall experience. The staff from the doctor's , nurses, PT's, assistants, food service, and everyone in between were very courteous and professional. I give St. Francis Eastside my highest recommendation.
I was very well taken care of yesterday. They took me straight in for my CT since I had come from the Cancer center. The nurse and doctor were kind and caring! I got to go home fairly quickly. Excellent job.
I had a hip replacement on June 1st. Dr. Kalovus and the entire staff at St Francis were outstanding. Very curtieous, kind and helpful.
I love going to st Francis eastside every time. They have the best service and answer all my requests and questions no matter what. They take care of me and communicate clearly. The nurses do their best to accommodate you and get the doctors on the phone asap.
They neglected to treat my Asthma and my fever kept coming back. I was inpatient for observation. Had and MRI they ruled out stroke but left me with discharge papers that said I had one. Dang. Went to my 'real' doctor today who informed me is was my Asthma and increased my dose of the med I feel better already. Did 250 steps through my house today for exercise and signed up at Furman for PT. My nurses were good, but they didn't have the meds I take, They did check up on me a lot think to see if I was dead yet LOL My MRI was ... read more
