After walking through the door, Security named Andrew welcomed us with a nice and friendly greeting, then nurse Amanda walked us to the room, nurse Chelsea took care of us, she is so amazing and sweet, and Dr.Vega checked in on our baby and diagnosed him quickly. The room is clean. EVERYTHING LOOKS NEW.
The nurse Dennis was super friendly and kept the energy up. Dr.Vega was very reassuring as well. Good experience
I went to this er for a horrible cough, earache and respiratory problem i have had for a month, the dr i saw refused to prescribe any kind of antibiotics or cough meds. She proceeded to tell me that she had a cough for three months. I explained that i had a baby in the house that i didnt want to get sick, and also an elderly person. She told me it was good for babies to get sick. WORSE visit i have ever had here!!! She had no compassion whatsoever. I’ll definitely find a new place to go for my needs!!
Took my 3yo son in who is a type 1 diabetic. He ripped his omnipod off and we are from out of town. It was the third one I had replaced during our trip(which never happens). Due to him ripping so many off I ran out of insulin COMPLETELY. I rushed him to the ER so they could provide me with insulin for his pod or just to give me a pen. They refused to give me ANY insulin. I went in for a toothache wanting antibiotics. They tried to get me to sign consent forms accepting they would sell all my personal info to third party companies and agreeing to blood, hair, saliva and semen samples.The lady instructed me to skip to pages 4, 6 and 10 and just sign them without reading. Very shady and unprofessional, Honestly they should be investigated if not closed.
