I'm not sure of the quality of work they do. But I can say you don't want to live anywhere near a home where they do construction. Between the garbage, unemptied porta potties, and rats... they wreak havoc on a neighborhood. I'm still waiting on them to clean up the mess they illegally dumped on my property.
I tried to sue them for breach of contract, sneaky company with unethical practices.
I bought a home that was sold by Equity Resource in March 2016 and everywhere we turned was bad construction work. First they has repetitively painted over 2 active leaks. One from the up upstairs spare toilet into the kitchen and the other from the master shower into the dining room. There is no feasible way that they were unaware of the leaks since there was rust on the duct work and visible water spots within a week of moving in.
