The Rivington Apartment are professional slum lords. I have had every single appliance replaced in my first year. My floors were replaced due to flooding from my water heater. They charge an outrageous maintenance/amenity fee where there is no maintenance and amenities. The management team told me employees have 72 hours to respond to tenants even in emergency.
