I would never use this company again! Having purchased six homes in nearly 40 years, I have never had such a disinterested realtor. She acted as though we were imposing when I asked to return to the house before closing to measure for window treatments. During the home inspection, which revealed numerous deficiencies, she sat in the living room, playing and texting on her cell phone during the entire inspection. Very unprofessional.

Horrible experience with an agent at this firm, Teresa Watkins. Dishonest and misleading individual. The agent provided materially misleading information on disclosure documents. Any firm who employs her is unfortunately implicated by definition. If you are a buyer, BEWARE! I would never recommend this firm, and particularly the agent, to anyone.

I have yet to pull the trigger on any homes, what I do know is Jennifer Paulke will be getting my business when I do. Her service in educating this Hoosier's about the area is bar none.
