I think this was the best idea I have decided to commit to. In the past I was always late paying my rent, and Equity Plus insured me that i didn't even have to worry about paying, it will automatically come out of my back account as long as the funds were there. It's been eight years now and haven't had any problems. I have entered into the biweekly program and EP allows you to go back and forth between depending on your needs. Equity Plus is a scam! They sent me a letter that they made look like it was from my mortgage company. Partway through the call I realized something seemed odd. I noticed they used the name of our lender before our loan was transferred. Additionally, I remembered our loan officer and loan processor told us mortgage companies typically offered you biweekly payments around 6 months, and so this was way too early. They also said you could do it right through your lender, and I realized on the call this was a third party.The man... read more

Equity Plus considers customer feedback an important tool in improving our customer service performance. Our letter does state that our company name is Equity Plus. Also anytime a customer signs up for the ********************** they are informed on more than one occassion that we are Equity Plus and not affiliated with their mortgage company. A lot of mortgage companies do not offer the Biweekly Program so not everyone can set up directly with their lender.
Dont waste your time with these scam artist. 9/10 your mortgage company offers the same service.
