I think this was the best idea I have decided to commit to. In the past I was always late paying my rent, and Equity Plus insured me that i didn't even have to worry about paying, it will automatically come out of my back account as long as the funds were there. It's been eight years now and haven't had any problems. I have entered into the biweekly program and EP allows you to go back and forth between depending on your needs.
