I've called this company a handful of times, probably 10 times, over the course of my enrollment period (circa Feb 2020). As a disclaimer, this is my very first home purchase and home loan, so I was new to the loan payment process. I received an "offer letter" from Equity Plus, which looked like a letter from my lender, days after closing on my loan informing me that their $499 enrollment fee would be waived completely. Equity Plus considers customer feedback an important too in improving our **************** performance. We do not send any paperwork stating that our $499 enrollment fee is waived. The enrollment fee and bank transfer fee are clearly stated on our paperwork and are clearly explained in the enrollment phone call. We have provided the customer with copies of the paperwork and a recording of the enrollment call so he can see there was nothing deceptive and he agreed to all.
I have been using Equity Plus for about 11 years now. I have refinanced my home a couple of times and they are pretty easy to work with. I just call them with my new information and they start paying the new loan. My only complaint is that I have to call them every year when my payment changes. Besides that they are a great company!

WOW. I had a bad feeling after I signed up for the biweekly program today. I got a letter in the mail that looked like it was from my lender, I'm so glad I looked again saw it was Equity Plus! I just called to cancel my enrollment in their program, I feel so scammed!!

Also anytime a customer signs up for the program they are informed on more than one occassion that we are Equity Plus and not affiliated with their mortgage company. This customers account was cancelled as she requested it to be.
I have used them for several years with no real problem. I got a letter from the business they make a payment to every month, stating I had a late charge because my payment was late. I contacted both parties and verified the payment date. With Equity Plus, I spoke with "Sarah" who provided information about the check, however if I tried to asked a question or tried to converse about the late payment she kept cutting me off, stating it's not our fault.
