This people are a scam they fooled me for a whole year. They will charge your account bi-weekly but they only pay your mortgage once a month were it not for my monthly rate going up that they returned my payment i couldn't realise it its a if it was bewitched cause for this wrong Equity plus afe evil scammers..avoid it at all cost after.i realised they afe scamming me i called my bank and reversed that money and blocked the auto pay ..now they kept asking for that payment and later sent me to correctors but wont respond to t... read more

All members of Equtiy Plus are informed prior to setting up the program that we submit their payments monthly to their lender because we cannot change the terms of their loan. Equity Plus has truly been a huge blessing to me. Every time I call I always get someone who is knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly! They have also helped me numerous times with figuring out the mortgage company's craziness. I would recommend them to everyone! They are one of the few companies left that truly care about their costumers! They also have real people to talk to not computers.
