Just signed up for this and wish I did more research theres red flags all over this website states 40+ years BBB says 24 years within a call i was told my mortgage company was partners with them that is a complete lie definitely not sticking around to see my money get stolen from my bank account
I used Equity Plus for a couple years until I paid off my mortgage in full. They were always on-time with the payments and made it very easy to adjust the amount being paid (escrow changes). For anyone who wants to take a responsibility off their schedule, I would highly recommend using Equity Plus.

I have been an Equity Plus member for more than 20 years. They have consistently been a pleasure to work with to help me budget my mortgage payments and save thousands in interest by making extra principle payments. ****! You can do this on your own without paying a 3rd party $400. They tricked me into thinking they were my lender servicer.
