My family signed agreement with Rice Energy and EQT bought them out. We'll was supposed to be producing by October 24 according to contract. Its in and there is trust land that we should be getting paid off of however I am told the payment decks haven't been set up yet. I ask when will they be set up and they don't know. This company has owed my family money for years. We have been in court battles against them to get what is owed. The court decided in our favor and said the EQT had breached their contract and had 30 days to pay, on day 29 they informed our attorney that they are appealing the ruling. They will tie you up in court in hopes of bleeding you dry and the won't have to pay. This company is untrustworthy and have no morals.
