They are a total ripe off. They do not live up to there promises of getting rid of German roaches. They are very unprofessional in the way they do business. And they cancel your contract without notices. Or warning. Will not do business with them again or recommend them
Business response:
We pride ourselves in our knowledge and skills of German cockroaches management. When our recommendations for treatment scheduling and reducing cockroach harborage areas are not followed, results will be inconsistent. We cancelled our service agreement with Ms. Letson through a letter siting scheduling conflicts.
EPLS has been phenomenal with getting our yard and plants in top shape! We've used other service providers and can tell you that EPLS personnel are experts! Other service providers left behind large dead spots. Yet, in just 45 days, EPLS corrected the problems that others had left behind. The team is attentive, communicative and on schedule. We are SO pleased!

EPLIS has been handling the pest control and lawn treatment of my home for the last 5 years. We have no bug problem at all ever! The lawn looks great and we get the same service professional treating it every time. If ever we get a problem with the roses or the grass gets funny looking in spots, we call our guy and withing a day he is at our house solving the problem. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service.
They are the best. Since we have been using them for the past few years, we haven't had an issue with bugs and the fact their products are environmentally friendly is outstanding!
