great hair knowledge – i went into episode salon recently and had a fabolous hair revolution. I had color and highlights done to it and it turned out amazing!!! The staff was super friendly and i had the most amazing hair wash ever. It was such a relaxing feeling that i didn't want to get out of my seat. It is definitely worth the price if you need a 360 degree hair change or just some advise on how to manage hair that will get people's attention!!!

Great new look! – I was going to my hairdresser for years and really needed a new look so a friend referred me to Steffon. Steffon took the time to match the cut to the shape of my face and gave me a fabulous new color that I just love. The service was personal, he was attentive, and really listened to me! I definitely will go back to Episode Salon!

nose up in the air – i walked in expecting to walk out with a terrfic new haircut that everyone would be raving over, instead i walked out with a scowl on my face. during the haircut , the senior stlyist was practically fishing me to make compliments about the setting of the salon since it was my first time here. he did not blowdry and style my hair, isntead he tried to put some product that looked old and clumpy into it, ( he also tried to suck me into purchasing) and even left a glob of it on some of my strands. for the pr... read more

I keep comming back 4 more of Steffon – I have been going to Episode Salon for 2 years, and everytime I go I feel as if I am the ony one there. My hair is very hard to get right and Steffon makes me look perfect every time. The massage that is given when my hair is washed is amazing. At time I do stray and try new salons but I always end up comming back, nothing compares.

Fabulous Stylist!!! – Wow, best hair cut ever, and the Japanese Straightening is still so soft and shiny and the color he did is wonderful. While i was sitting there, i notice he won the highest honor in the salon business "London Hair Stylists of the Year Award" it sure shows in his work on my hair. I recommend Episode – I am a patron of Episode Salon and frequent there about once per quarter for over a year, and I have not been disappointed thus far. Each time I arrive, I'm greeted with a friendly smile, my appointments are kept on time, and the service they provide makes me feel pampered. nice cut for my curls! – This is a great hidden find for affordable salons in Noe, and also in SF. I loved my haircut from Steffon! He was very in tune with the look I wanted, and automatically knew what to do, keeping my curly hair in mind. Great find! The prices are also pretty good, for San Francisco.

worst cut ever! – I was shocked by the service I received. My stylist initially looked at my hair and said to her boss, "I can't do it." His response, "Oh go ahead." It should be noted that my hair is straight and blonde and all one length. After an hour of her butchering my hair, she finally gave up and called her boss over to finish. He tried to fix it while using my head as his training tool for his inexperienced stylist. But the biggest shock came when I had to pay. Some men do listen!!! – I've been to many upscale salons, pay top-dollar but never get what I want. From someone that equates going to the salon with going to the dentist, Episode comes highly recommended. I had Steffon for a cut and highlights and left totally satisfied.
