By far the worst hospital I've ever been to. Out of control patients and rude nurses. Very unhygienic. In fact I wanted to take a shower and was told they had no soap. A hospital without soap-i couldn't make this up! My medicine was not given correctly either. I can't think of even one good thing to say. I'll never go back.
My wife was taken to the CRC unit this morning. The EMT guy who took her wrote down the phone number and told me I could call her, just give it about an hour. I called around 3:30. I couldn't hear the person who answered. Sounded like she was at a party. The background noise suddenly stopped and she told me to " slow down ". I explained about my wife and she said she could not give me any formation. Due to HIPPA laws she could neither confirm or deny my wife is a patient. I have an appointment today Saturday 23,2021 at tus ojos with my daughter, we arrived at 8:45am. The guard said we need it to wait outside with this cold weather. At 9am we came back and ask the guard if we well able to come up to the appointment at tus ojos. The guard said the secretary at tus ojos said we need it to wait 10 more minutes. Another lady that was also with her daughter waiting outside call the office at tus ojos. I was a patient for 4 years. Never saw a doctor just assistant. on my last appointment I asked the Assistant Dr. I wanted a referral for a kidney specialist base on my last blood test, was dehydrated and my GRF was low, I had HBP on medication and MRI indicated cyst and I had severe pain on my right side. She refused. I went to a real doctor at Mercy medical and she sent me to a Kidney specialist who is treating me for Chronic Kidney disease .
