If I could give negative stars, I would. I attempted to purchase a home from this company (who also owned the property) and experienced extremely underhanded dealings. They verbally agreed to a purchase agreement but never delivered the signed contract. Instead, they went to another potential buyer, disclosed the details of my offer, and used it to drive up the competing bid. Technically legal, perhaps—but absolutely unethical! Stay far away from this company!!
