With a gorgeous view of the Oakland Bay Bridge, the interior of Epic Roasthouse is a stunning accomplishment by famed restaurant entrepreneur Pat Kuleto. There are large windows, rich fabrics, and a large fireplace making the restaurant warm and inviting. A very busy place, if you don't have reservations the wait can be quite long. Luckily there is a full bar upstairs at which you can wait and have a selection of fine wines or cocktails. For dinner try the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Steak or the Tuscan Style Porterhouse Steak.

Meat was great quality. Cooking was quite bit over what we asked for.
Great atmosphere!, great service, it's our 6 time there for dinner and never disappointed. My favorite next to The Met up in Seattle.👍
Lunch was great, but service was not...we spent the entire day there in the bar area in order to watch the fireworks with a great view. Neither of the waitresses seemed to have appreciated us spending our day there; and we purchased brunch, ordered from the happy hour menu, New Years Eve dinner, plus multiple drinks throughout the day, and corkage. I would rate the service a 1 at best.

Loved everything about Epic! We visited last week for my Birthday. Quite surprise to see our Mayor of Los Angeles - Eric Garcetti - dining at the table next to us. :D...
We had our Christmas celebration and the food, staff were fabulous. I had the shortribs and risotto and the meal was delicious. I will go there again when I am in San Francisco.
Amazing wait staff. Great ambiance in the dining room with a view of the Bay Bridge. Filet Mignon tender and cooked to perfection. Outstanding wine list. Kudos to Sergio our server who even took time to take a picture of our party with a great view of the bridge in the background. Priced just right given the location. $250 per person average for dinner incl a couple of glasses of wine pp. Not bad for the service and location.
Absolutely loved this restaurant. View was beautiful and the food was amazing. A great find. We will be back!
