I was a new customer hence the word was because I'm not going back. If I could give a negative star I would. On January 16 I went for a routine eye exam and new glasses. I made sure that Epic Optional was covered by my insurance matter of fact they were a Plus option, by my provider. The tech that did the pre-testing exams was very nice. Dr. Jeffry was also nice.
