Zero communication untrained people coming at all hours without any notice just awful
Worked for the company for about 2 months as a homemaker. Was barely given any hours. 15 hours a week max when I was hired full time. They had 3 schedulers when I started and 2 quit. I can only imagine why. So I applied for a scheduler position because I have MORE than enough experience. Got an interview and NAILED it. Never heard another word. This has to be the worst company I’ve ever seen. My dad has seen a nurse ONCE. No one has called, no one has shown up except for a nice man and that was one time. I forget his name but he was awesome and took great care of my father. Hopefully he finds a better company to work for. the nurse that was supposed to come, named Ruth, has yet to show up. So far I have had nothing but the best care and service from Aveanna. These women really care about their job and about us as patients. Their job is not an easy one, and that being said, as patients we must understand that everything is not the nurses fault or in their control. There are a lot of things that come into play. The nurses never showed up on time for my wife, if at all. If they did come the nurses didn't have the correct orders for the care that the doctor requested. Very unprofessional.
