Very profesional atmosphere, one of the best looking office buildings in the area. Staff is extra curteous and employees are friendly. Exceded my expectations as far as Repairs and Service! Definetly referring everyone I know to get there repairs done here!
Would not give an estimate unless we guaranteed to have the work done there. We will be taking our vehicle to a place that gives free estimates, which is most places. I will not use any company until I am sure their prices are in line with other companies. Without an estimate how do we know they are not price gouging?

Excellent service. Communicated very well and answered all my questions.
They do not communicate as how long the repairs will take when you call to see when it will be done you get different answers at first then are told it will be ready by close of day or the early morning the next call after 12pm and they give the EXACT same answers word for word as the last two days! This is after you have already paid and they can not give you a time to get it back or a reason it is still at the shop. I highly recommend Epic Collision Services. They are the most professional body repair shop in town and do superior work. If you want great customer service and quality collision repair, Epic Collision Services is where you want to take your vehicle.
There was a slight delay in getting my car back. But nothing to do with Epic. It looks and feels like new again. Very friendly staff.
