Took truck in for hail damage estimate. Decided not to have damage fixed at this time. They charged us over $1600 to put our truck back together (including a new back glass) because they started working on it before we agreed to repairs. Since they refused to process the insurance payment, we had to pay cash to get our truck back. Now the finance company is refusing to release that portion of the money back to us because Epic says they didn’t do any repairs on the truck. Horrible customer service!
Sergio, Miguel H, and Michael H. were super fast and helpful with both of our vehicles! i really recommend asking for them next time you need your car repaired! thank you epic collision for your services!

The people at Epic have always treated us nicely and with respect, and they have done a great job on our vehicles every time we have had to take them in. I won't use any other shop but Epic. Gilbert is good to us and works hard to make sure our vehicles are right. We just got my wife's Expedition back after getting into a huge hail storm between Monahans and Pecos that just ruined one side and the top of the car. Do not use them! I waited a year for my appointment. They were supposed to fix the hail damage on my vehicle. They asked for more money than originally quoted and had my car for almost a month(longer than quoted). They gave my vehicle back worse than I left it. The tail gate wouldn’t open, visors put on wrong and crooked, rear view mirror fell off. The hail damage might be gone but I’d rather have a working car! They won’t return my money or calls.
