By far the worst experience I have ever had dealling with a repair shop. Had to wait a month to get it in then they had it a month. Still didn't fix everything. Had to wait to take it back in and they are still taking their time. They also left windows down when it was parked outside and now my ac doesnt work right. Because of them I have had to pay for a rental car and more money in gas. Let's see what is wrong with my new car when I get it back now. Whenever that is. Will never recommend them to anyone. I cannot say enough about Epic!! Once we got everything figured out with the crappy insurance company for the person that hit us, they made us an appointment for today and boom our car was done the same day!!! They were very professional and took great care of us and our car looks just like it did the day we drove it off the lot!! Thanks guys!! We will recommend y’all to everyone!! ��
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. Lies to their customers. My car ended up having brown spots on the hood and they tried to tell me it was there when I turned it in. After calling and asking them to extend my rental they would always give me the run around and tell me the car was going to be finished soon. So i was careless for two weeks even thought i was the one who was hit. Would not recommend this place at all.

Quick turn around and extremely satisfied with the work. I’m very thankful that they washed our truck inside and out, they even went out of there way and filled up our vehicle. Thank you team Epic.
