These people have failed me bad. I guess my depression, crying and going through was too much for them. So they let me go... I was going through a rough divorce. I lost everything... I reached out for help. They came in and helped with what they could but they didn't stay to see results.sad deal.

I've heard great things about epic but I definitely just had a pretty bad experience. The nurse practitioner, Janet, was not the nicest to deal with. I drove all the way to St Augustine for her to tell me that there's really nothing that she can do for me which isn't the problem because I understand that from a medical standpoint the problem was that she was so disorganized she didn't even know if I was a new patient or not and she kept rudely interrupting me while I was trying to explain to her the issue I was dealing with.... read more

Johnetta at the central campus needs to be fired and is obviously not qualified to be working where she is. I was shamed and then I was hung up on. Every time I’m forced to deal with her specifically, something goes awry (“coincidentally”🙄). Incredibly rude considering where she works. I’m tired of the bs. For the most part the administrative side of Epic is joke, and frankly I’m not the only one who feels this way. For two years you guys were great until the start of this year. Instead of a transfer for therapists you guys discharged me in the middle of crisis and I keep getting jerked around by every manager. If you struggle with suicide and you care about your life and getting better DONT GO HERE they will abandon you and then jerk you around for weeks, instead of being professional and compassionate. Still waiting on that transfer, guys! Thanks so much!

Don’t use Kristen Ramsey she can’t accept being fired because my son didn’t connect with her. She talks like a baby and will call CPS on you for supposedly not taking mental health seriously! What a joke especially when you’re already looking for a new therapist!
