I went to Envy Nails to get my nails done. I got a new set, it was $50, like that's not bad enough, it was the worst my nails have ever looked! The girl that did my nails, made two of my fingers bleed, the acrylic was on my skin and cuticles! I asked her to get someone to help fix them, the owner came to help, and they still looked horrible when I left! Great place. Yes you pay a bit more, but for quality work and quality products!
For one thing, the little red head receptionist has a major attitude-not impressed by her at all. 2nd, the woman that did my nail cut me. She didn't apologize, apply anything to my thumb or do any biohaz cleanup. Good thing I carry a first aid kit in my car. They are not personable at all. Other than the cut she did a decent job on my nails which is the reason I'm giving 2 instead of one star.
My friends and I love this place! Won't go anywhere else! I love the envy pedicure with my wine and all the women do a great job. You are guaranteed to be happy with their service.
Could not fault this place! Excellent customer service and very pleasant atmosphere.
