I always go to Envy Nails & Spa. Melissa is awesome and very professional! So easy and courteous when making apts. Everyone is great there, but Vickie and Bibi are my go to nail techs.
Vicki always does a amazing job! I always leave satisfied.
Tom did an awesome job that was my first time and I loved it she did an amazing job on my nails �
Honestly it was terrible and I will not go see the same technician again. She's moody she does not like me to tell her something is wrong or even change my mind every week on what I want this week. She raised her voice at me in the nail shop when I politely asked her to fix something. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience that I'm paying for and it's always rudeness and silence and now raising her voice? I don't think so. Most of the time I get a pretty good manicure or pedicure here. Yesterday I came in with my mom and sister and I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. With the shellac I chose a blue purple color and when he brought the polish over it looked pink. He asked if it looked right and I said no and so he brought the book over and showed me the color I chose and that it was the same number as the one he was holding so I said ok hoping it would come out like the color I wanted. This place was amazing! My mother and I wanted pedicures last minute and this was the only one open after 5! They managed to get both of our pedicures and Kim started doing my nails while Bi was finishing my pedicure! They also stayed late to finish my acrylic set with great attitudes! They provided an amazing service! Our nails look great! Thank you ladies! Definitely coming back!
I liked the way how the technician treated me...The only thing is, I don't remember well the prices for a nail full service, but this time, they charged me $40...I think they charged more than it was supposed to be...!!
