I have been very pleased with the installation and service that I have received thus far with my alarm service. I would recommend them to any of my friends or neighbors.
I like my system. The people that work there no their work. I like that you can arm and disarm from your cell phone. I have not had any problems with my system it is great. I would recommend them to other people. Keep up the good work

So far so good. I've had them for a few months and they have been awesome. I love the features that come with their security services.
What a professionally ran company. Their salesman are so friendly and super polite! And the ladies in the office are also very friendly. I will refer everyone I know to this company.
Sales rep was very nice and professional, as well as the service technician. Comforting to know that if I'm not around my house is still being monitored.
Called for info on how to cancel our service due to military orders and they made it seem simple. Instead they cancelled our account before we asked without orders and then tried to charge us the remaining balance of our contract (2000$) without actually sending us a bill or notifying us. Ended up receiving a collection notice before I knew what was happening.
