I have really enjoyed my new security system. I purchased it because of the credibility of the company and their customer service. I really feel that they care about their customers. JJ was our salesman..we typically dismiss door to door salesman, but he was very upbeat and polite.. He quickly won us over.. So much we referred them to another client.. Douglas was our installer, he was prompt, respectful, nice and very patient.. I love my system.. I wish I would have gotten more features.. I would recommend Envision to anyone!!
I love this security system! We upgraded to doorbell video and it's proven to be very useful. People who come over always ask us what security company we have and I'm always more than happy to refer them!
First off is I love my system, I also had a great salesmen . If you want the best service get a hold of Blake . I Checked out 30 different company , none of them made me feel like comfortable enough to pull the tigger. I have had a few issue with install but they all got taken care of immediately. I will be with this company a long time and I hope other fellow military VETREAN do the same.
Josh was my sales representative and was awesome and broke down everything for me. I had Treg come and install everything except one camera due to my internet connection but Dillon came back shortly after and installed it without an issue. So far no problems with the company.
So far so good. The sales rep was cordual and knowledgeable about his job. The installer was fast and friendly and made it very easy to understand the system. I recommend Envision security Inc.
