After a recent break in in my neighborhood I contacted Envision Security about their service, they were out the next day to install my system. They showed me how to use key pad and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, they were friendly, confident and very knowledgeable about their product and services. I strongly recommend them for anyone looking for a security system and a safe piece of mind. Thank you Alex Stephenson for your incredible service.
Been using this company for about 6 months now and they have been great. We were having problems arming the alarm from the app and let customer service know and never had a problem after that.
Envision Security Inc is by far the best security company out there. The technicians that installed our unit were punctual and very friendly. The unit was installed in no time. They made sure that we knew how the system operated. The price per month is very fair and the contract is easy to understand. My family feels at ease knowing that Envision Security Inc. is protecting our home. A+++

So far the systems seems to be fine and my family feels safe. However, I wanted a 24/HR recorder and was told it was more points, but I called after we had a scare to find out how much the continuous recording cost and the lady told me it was the same price as the camera I had. Why wouldn't they install the camera I wanted if it cost the same.
Envision Security Inc is amazing so far! The technology is amazing and so much more advanced than crappy ADT. They offered more and the installation didnt take long for the technician. I recently bought a home and they came to my home. I have to say the Technology is very good and cost nothing to get the install or the equipment. Low rate each month and great service.
We have the camera on our doorbell and there is such a huge delay that you usually don't get to see who is at the door. We've contacted the company and they sent out the technician who changed the camera three times and they all had the delay. He finally said that was just the way it was. I don't understand how we are supposed to feel secure if there is a delay which catches nothing. Besides the camera issue the response times is awesome (we've triggered the alarm by accident).

Mary, were sorry your experiencing difficulties. Generally a issue like this is because internet speed on the wifi. Are you able to upgrade to a higher speed. Sending video over the air takes a lot of bandwith and can sometimes cause delays. We want you you be satisfied but sometimes technology can interfere!
Dylan was very helpful. He explained to me pros of having a home security system & all the different options & upgrades. The installation was quick and the serviceman was very informative about the way this system works. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a home security!!!
