The service was great when I went in. But it's going on a month and a half since I had my appointment and I still have not received my glasses. It seems like they aren't even trying to be prompt about getting them to me. They don't even have them in their office yet! I had to order glasses online because of the migraines I suffer from not having the prescribed glasses I paid a ton of money for.
