The doctor that saw me, Justin Chelette is straight up weird. When I asked how him how his day was, he replied "I haven't killed anyone yet" that didn't set well with me since we had recently had the Walmart shooting. I imagine I'm not the only one who thought he was off, because he is no longer employed at this office. My husband saw both doctor McIntosh and doctor Faulkner and couldn't see out of either prescription he was given. What a great experience with this professional eye care office. In El Paso from our-of-town and lost one of my contacts. With serious eye issues I needed it replaced and Envision did the job. Friendly and professional staff that went above the call and got me fixed up. I will be relocating to El Paso and they will be my vision care of choice! The Staff was outstanding, Dr Shelek was very professional and provided great service. The eye tech Joanna explained everything and answered all of my questions. The front desk was also very helpful, Veronica and Lorraine assisted me with my new glasses. I am really satisfied, this is the best place that I've been to. Thanks Envision, keep up the great work.
I'm sorry to say that I will not be returning to these doctors again. At first I did have a good experience but this last visit I was quite disappointed. I was not given my prescription and when I called to get it , it was not on file and was told they would call me back. It took 3 days to get a call back. I was then told that the doctor did not do the complete exam therefore I would have to go back in to get the rest of the exam. which means I would have to pay another $32 after I had already $40 doctors the first time. Entire staff (including Dr. Falknor) very friendly and professional. Been coming for years and have always been happy with their service and helpfulness.
