I took my grandpa into the Montana location a little earlier than our scheduled appointment time & we were taken care of as soon as we walked in the door. The receptionist was attentive & super nice! — After checking in I was expecting to wait a while but we were taken into a room right away by one of the techs, Becky, she was so so patient with my grandpa who can’t hear very well at all. Eastside location-the receptionist in front has been rude and unprofessional everytime I've gone. She also refused to repair my son's glasses after they broke because the arm was lost. The rest of the staff including optometrist are great but this one lady ruined it.
I've been going to the central Envision location for three years now. They are always very friendly and courteous. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment to start and they always do a thorough job while still getting me in and out quickly. Dr. Larry is a great ophthalmologist - after I told him about some issues I was having with the type of contact I was using, he recommended a switch in brand that completely eliminated the issue and even improved my prescription.
