I’m in awe of how Dr. Ma has built such a beautiful bilingual practice. From the moment I walk in, the staff are knowledgeable about the procedure and consultation I’m seeking. Having taught medical Mandarin at a medical school, I can also attest that the Mandarin used here is accurate and professional. The practice is well-organized, and exams are conducted in a timely manner. Dr. Ma radiates quiet confidence and professionalism.
Dr. Ma was extremely knowledgable and patient. She answered all of my questions about corrective surgery and my general eye health. Her office was extremely welcoming as well!
