Let me start by saying that I am a health professional. My doctor is unavailable this week, so I had to see the PA. I made an appointment due to horrible ear pain. I waited a half hour yesterday for the PA, which I didn't like, but times are hard due to COVID. Other than the PA, the staff was unfriendly and only business minded. NO compassion. The worst office staff and so called management I have ever encountered no confirmation of appointments, no voice mail, no response to e-mails the techs are great if you can get past the utter incompetence of the front office staff who are a true reflection of The Peter Principle rise to your level of incompetence!!
