Without a doubt, I can confidently say that Envirotek is the most unprofessional, negligent, poorly managed company I have ever experienced in my life, and I think at this stage I've dealt with over 5,000 companies in my lifetime. I am a Realtor representing a Client looking for a rental unit. My client picked a unit listed by this Real Estate Company Envirotek. The MLS Listing had instructions for Realtors to submit items for approval to agents email address and to have my client fill out the tenant application online via their link.
