Competent, knowledgeable about product, timely, and let me know he had gotten delayed in traffic to let me know when he would arrive and was thorough and listened carefully as I showed him the house and all the different nooks a crannies that are not visible!

Horrible company. We had a birds nest that was causing bird mites. We contacted enviropest to come out and deal with it. The man on the phone stated this was a special issue and they would send out a bird specialist team to come take care of the problem and remove the birds as well for about 750$. Sounded great. Well the guy that came over was the same guy we had before, no team, no specialist.
