Shamar is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly with each visit. I also appreciate the prompt response if I have any concerns and his flexibility in adjusting work times if I need to change.
I was able to get a next day appointment! They also accommodated my work schedule. Shamar was in touch the evening before to ask relevant questions and to ensure I didn’t have any questions. Shamar showed up on time. Gave specific instructions and followed my instructions for a check in after service was complete. I purchased a year warranty service so we will be seeing Shamar again in a few weeks for a check up! We are looking forward to NOT seeing pests!
