Ensuring that our garage door stopped for obstacles and went back up was the last thing our buyer wanted proven before purchasing our home. I had concerns this could be costly like it was last time I used a non BBB contractor. ED did the job at a sensible price and even did a video demo of the fixed door to seal the deal.
Superior customer service!! Very efficient and knowledgeable installer. Cost was industry comparable and affordable. Given quote one day and installed the next. Very satisfied customer.
The gentleman was prompt curtest and experienced in his duties. When needed again I will call them. Thank you.
Good service on the installation of the new opener.About an hour and cleaned up well. Answered my questions but he did not give any overall explaining the features of it. I would recommend taking 5-10 minutes and doing this.
