I used environmental door 4 years ago and they came out immediately after I called because my spring broke and my car was stuck in the garage. It's so happens, that Rob was the same person who came out the second time a couple of weeks ago. I called them because my hinges had broken. He came out the next day and was very professional and did an excellent job. Great after hours customer service! I called and left a VM on a Saturday morning and got a return call within minutes from the tech. He was out even earlier than he originally told me, and now our OHD operates better then it has in years.
